About John Archer
John Archer has been working as a professional Comedy Magician for the past 11 years and was working semi-professionally for 10 years before that. Since turning professional John has won many awards both in the Uk and abroad. See credits for a list of awards and a TV history.

Stage or cabaret

Close up magic
As it says - magic performed close-up, right in front of the spectators. Sometimes reffered to as 'Table Magic' No camera tricks, quick cuts or clever boxes. It may be in a restaurant or at a formal function, in fact it could be anywhere where groups of people need to be entertained 'close-up', whether they are sat down or maybe mix and mingle at a reception.

Christian events
Although John Archer spends a lot of time in the secular world of entertainment, he is a Christian and much of his time is spent in Church based work.
